Lower water bills

Most business customers will see lower bills for water and sewerage going forward. The Utility Regulator has set Northern Ireland Water’s revenue over the next six years. Along with a reduction in bills, it needs to improve efficiency and deliver a 11.5 per cent real terms reduction in total operating expenditure by 2021. The company must also continue to invest in and improve services. The Utility Regulator has described these targets as challenging but achievable.
