Housing numbers

Following the release of the latest construction output statistics by NISRA in April 2018, agendaNi presents a visual outline of performance in the housing sector for Q4 2017. Housing made up 37 per cent of all construction output in Northern Ireland for the final quarter of 2017, second behind Other Work (42 per cent). Other Work has been ahead of Housing as the largest sub-sector of Construction Output since 2013. Infrastructure is the third and smallest (22 per cent) sub-sector.
